LM66100DCKT General Description

The LM66100DCKT is a versatile and reliable Single-Input, Single-Output (SISO) integrated ideal diode, designed to meet the needs of a variety of applications. With a P-channel MOSFET, this device can handle input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V and sustain a maximum continuous current of 1.5A. Its chip enable function ensures efficient power management by disabling the device when the CE pin voltage exceeds the input voltage, thus turning off the MOSFET. Additionally, the LM66100 comes equipped with reverse polarity protection (RPP) to safeguard against miswired inputs, providing added peace of mind for users
