LMH6718MA General Description

The LMH6718MA is an ultra-fast voltage feedback amplifier designed for applications requiring high-speed signal processing. It operates with a supply voltage range of ±2.5V to ±5.5V, making it suitable for both single and dual supply systems. The amplifier offers a wide bandwidth of 750MHz and a fast slew rate of 2100V/μs, allowing for high-speed signal amplification with minimal distortion. It features a low input voltage noise of 1.2nV/√Hz, enabling accurate amplification of low-level signals. The LMH6718MA is built with a unity-gain stable architecture, ensuring stability even at high bandwidths. It comes in a small outline package (SOIC-8) for easy integration into various electronic circuits. Additionally, the amplifier provides excellent dynamic performance with a high 3rd order intercept point (IP3) of 26dBm, making it suitable for demanding RF and IF applications
