LMV225TLX/NOPB General Description

The LMV225TLX/NOPB product is a versatile RF power detector designed for CDMA and WCDMA applications, offering a wide frequency range from 450 MHz to 2 GHz. With accurate temperature and supply compensation, this device provides a linear output voltage response to RF input power in dBm. Operating on a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, the LMV225TLX/NOPB integrates a filter for low-ripple average power detection of CDMA signals, with a dynamic range of 30 dB. Additionally, external filtering can be easily applied using a single capacitor for further customization
