LMX2522LQ1635/NOPB General Description

With an additional Integer-N IF PLL featuring a 4-level programmable charge pump, the LMX2522 and LMX2532 allow for more flexible loop filter designs, enhancing their adaptability to various system requirements. Furthermore, these synthesizer systems utilize a three-wire MICROWIRE interface (DATA, LE, CLK) for convenient serial data transfer and operate within an operating supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.3V. In terms of power consumption, the LMX2522 and LMX2532 are designed for efficiency, with a low current consumption of 17mA at 2.8V. These features, combined with their availability in a 28-pin WQFN package, make the LMX2522LQ1635/NOPB product an ideal solution for space-constrained mobile handset applications
