LP87522ERNFRQ1 General Description

Addressing the power-management challenges faced by automotive applications, the LP8752x-Q1 offers a robust solution with its four step-down DC/DC converter cores that can be configured in multiple output phases. Controlled via an I2C-compatible interface and enable signals, this device features automatic PWM to PFM operation in AUTO mode, as well as dynamic phase management for optimal efficiency across different output currents. With support for remote differential-voltage sensing for multiphase outputs, the LP8752x-Q1 ensures precise voltage regulation by compensating for IR drop. Additionally, it facilitates load-current measurement without external resistors, customizable start-up/shutdown sequences synchronized to enable signals, and output slew rate control to minimize voltage overshoot and in-rush current during power transitions, making it a reliable and flexible power-management solution
