Checked one out of ten, works properly. When the battery reaches 2.5 v, the board disables the load. Once the battery voltage rises above 2.5 v reconnects. If the battery is used in a flashlight, then when discharge the light will flash, if in the music column, the sound will begin to stutter. Delivery is very long-more than three weeks.
