LTM4601HVIY#PBF General Description

The LTM4601HV is a cutting-edge 12A step-down switch mode DC/DC power supply that packs a punch, featuring an onboard switching controller, MOSFETs, inductor, and all necessary support components. This µModule regulator is surprisingly compact, housed in a small surface mount package measuring only 15mm × 15mm × 2.82mm or 3.42mm in length, width, and height, respectively. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, the LTM4601HV is incredibly versatile, supporting an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V as well as output voltage tracking and margining. The design boasts a remarkable high efficiency, delivering 12A continuous current (14A peak) - all while requiring only bulk input and output capacitors to complete the system
