The LV8961 is a high-performance motor controller designed to meet the demands of automotive applications. This device features an integrated two-stage charge pump, allowing for gate current to be provided to ultra low Rdson NFETs. The LV8961 also includes a range of system protection and diagnostic functions, including overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, undervoltage, and overtemperature. Additionally, it supports open-loop and closed-loop speed control based on BEMF observation
