LX7167CLD-TR is a sophisticated step-down PWM Switching Regulator IC that is integrated with high side P-CH and low side NCH MOSFETs for improved performance. It operates using a hysteretic control topology with an impressive full load operating switching frequency of 3MHz, which allows for the use of small output filter components while maintaining exceptional dynamic load response. With a Power Save Mode (PSM) that automatically transitions between PWM and PSM mode based on the load current, this IC ensures that the converter's efficiency remains high even at lower load currents.
