M57962CL-01 General Description

With a frequency range of 800-1000 MHz and a power output of 120 watts, the M57962CL-01 power amplifier module is designed for use in mobile communication applications. Its compact size of 60mm x 12.5mm x 6mm makes it well-suited for small form factor devices, while its high efficiency and low distortion guarantee reliable performance in demanding environments. Additionally, the module is equipped with built-in protection circuitry to prevent damage from overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating, and its rugged package ensures suitability for use in harsh operating conditions
