Quail, puff. It can be seen that he was sawed.The shutter capacity is less than should be almost 2 times. The open channel resistance (rds (on)) is larger in about the same. (about 2 ohms). And i did not have time to check the breakdown voltage (vds (max)). I hope, though it is approximately consistent.In general, this mosfet ampere at 4-5, most likely.
