MAPS-011008-TR0500 General Description

The MAPS-011008 is a GaAs pHEMT 6-bit digitalphase shifter with an integrated CMOS driver in alead-free 4 mm PQFN plastic surface mountpackage. Step size is 5.6° providing phase shift from0° to 360° in 5.6° steps. This design has beenoptimized to minimize variation in attenuation overthe phase shift range.The MAPS-011008 is ideally suited for use wherehigh phase accuracy with minimum loss variationover the phase shift range are required. The 4 mmPQFN package provides a smaller footprint than istypically available for a digital phase shifter with aninternal driver. Typical applications includecommunications antennas and phased array radars.
