MAX9932EUA+T General Description

The MAX9930–MAX9933 logarithmic amplifiers are engineered to provide a cost-effective and low-power solution for controlling RF power amplifiers and transimpedance amplifiers, as well as detecting RF power levels. With a frequency range of 2MHz to 1.6GHz and a dynamic range of 45dB, these devices are well-suited for various wireless and GPON fiber video applications, including transmitter power measurement and RSSI for terminal devices. Compared to controllers based on diode detectors, these logarithmic amplifiers offer superior accuracy and a much wider measurement range. Additionally, their excellent temperature stability allows for reliable performance in a wide range of operating temperatures, from -40°C to +85°C
