MC34152DG General Description

The MC34152/MC33152 drivers are designed to meet the demands of applications requiring low current digital signals to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates. With their low input current and CMOS/LSTTL logic compatibility, they are well-suited for a variety of applications, including switching power supplies, dc-to-dc converters, capacitor charge pump voltage doublers/inverters, and motor controllers. These drivers feature input hysteresis for fast output switching, independent of input transition time, and two high current totem pole outputs, making them ideal for driving power MOSFETs. Additionally, the inclusion of undervoltage lockout with hysteresis ensures reliable operation at low supply voltages. Available in dual-in-line and surface mount packages, these drivers offer a reliable and flexible solution for a range of applications
