The MICRF112YMM-TR is a high-performance, easy-to-use ASK/FSK Transmitter IC tailored for remote wireless applications in the 300 to 450MHz frequency band. Its notable features include a power delivery capability of +10 dBm into a 50Ω load, an operating voltage range of 3.6V to 1.8V, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
