NCP1200P60G General Description

Featuring an internal structure operating at a fixed frequency of 40 kHz, 60 kHz, or 100 kHz, the NCP1200P60G can efficiently drive low gate-charge switching devices like IGBTs or MOSFETs. The current-mode control simplifies the design process while ensuring excellent performance and pulse-by-pulse control. The controller also automatically enters skip cycle mode at light loads, maximizing efficiency without generating acoustic noise
