NCP5203MNR2 General Description

The NCP5203 2-in-1 DDR Power Controller is a versatile solution for powering high current DDR memory systems. With its combination of a PWM controller for the VDDQ supply and a linear regulator for the VTT termination voltage, this IC offers both efficiency and simplicity in one package. The synchronous PWM buck controller drives external NFETs to create the DDR memory supply voltage (VDDQ), while the adjustable VTT terminator regulator provides up to +/- 2.0A with short circuit protection
