O3850QDCARQ1 General Description

Featuring a buck-boost converter with internal FETs, the TPS653850-Q1 can efficiently convert input battery voltages ranging from 2.3 V to 36 V to a stable 6-V output for powering other regulators. Additionally, an integrated charge pump facilitates overdrive voltage for internal regulators and can even be utilized for reverse battery protection using an external NMOS FET
