OPA627AU/2K5 General Description

Thanks to its Difet fabrication, the OPA6x7 maintains extremely low input bias currents without compromising input voltage noise performance. Additionally, its unique cascode circuitry ensures low input bias current across a wide input common-mode voltage range. The OPA6x7 is conveniently available in plastic PDIP, SOIC, and metal TO-99 packages, with models suited for industrial and military temperature ranges
