OPT301M General Description

With a wide supply range (±2.25 to ±18V) and a low supply current of only 400µA, the OPT301M offers flexibility and efficiency in a variety of applications. Housed in a hermetic TO-99 metal package with a glass window, this integrated circuit is designed to withstand harsh environments and is rated for operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C
