The PACDN046MR product forms part of the PACDN042/43/44/45/46 series, a collection of transient voltage suppressor arrays engineered to provide superior protection for sensitive electronic components vulnerable to electrostatic discharge (ESD). These devices are designed to effectively dissipate ESD strikes, surpassing the IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard Level 4 (±8 kV contact discharge), ensuring the durability and reliability of electronics in various applications. With all pins rated to endure ±20 kV ESD pulses using the IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge method, these devices offer robust protection against ESD events. Additionally, adhering to the MIL-STD-883D specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, these devices safeguard against contact discharges greater than ±30 kV, assuring optimal protection against potentially damaging ESD incidents
