Q8008LH4 General Description

The Q8008LH4 is a versatile 8 Amp bi-directional solid state switch that is perfect for a variety of AC switching and phase control applications. Its design allows for precise control in Quadrants I & IV, making it ideal for applications such as motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. The sensitive type devices ensure reliable gate control for digital control circuitry, while the standard type devices are commonly used in Quandrants I & III triggered from the AC line. In addition, the alternistor type devices provide high dv/dt capability in circuits requiring operation in Quadrants I, II, & III
