QS3VH125QG General Description

The QS3VH125QG is a high-performance quad bus switch that offers superior bandwidth and efficiency. Featuring ultra-low ON resistance, this switch ensures rapid data transmission with a propagation delay of less than 250ps. Controlled by individual LVTTL-compatible active low Output Enable signals, the QS3VH125 enables seamless bidirectional data flow without any delay or ground bounce. Its minimal propagation delay, high OFF impedance, and over-voltage tolerance make the QS3VH125 an excellent choice for high-speed communications applications that require reliable performance. Operating reliably in temperatures ranging from -40C to +85C, the QS3VH125QG is a versatile solution for applications demanding fast and accurate data switching
