RCV420JP General Description

The RCV420JP is a high accuracy, low drift voltage reference IC designed for precision analog and sensor applications. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and can provide a stable output voltage with a low temperature coefficient. The RCV420JP offers a typical output voltage of 2.048V with an initial accuracy of ±0.05%. It is capable of providing an output current of up to 10mA, making it suitable for driving various loads in precision instrumentation circuits.With a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 1mA output current, the RCV420JP ensures efficient operation even at low supply voltages. It also has a low quiescent current consumption of 70µA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications where power consumption is critical.Additionally, the RCV420JP features a low output noise of 45µVrms, ensuring a clean and stable reference voltage for sensitive analog circuits.
