REF02CP General Description

Operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the REF02CP adapts to various environments and applications effortlessly. Its low temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C and long-term stability of 50ppm/1000 hours guarantee long-lasting and steady performance. Encased in an 8-lead ceramic DIP package, this chip operates with a supply voltage of 10V to 30V. Capable of sourcing or sinking up to 10mA of current, it is the perfect choice for driving precision analog circuits and sensors. Additionally, the chip features low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, perfect for minimizing power consumption in battery-operated applications
