S4006LS2 General Description

Featuring a peak repetitive off-state voltage of 400V, the S4006LS2 SCR thyristor is a reliable choice for demanding applications. With a gate trigger current max of 200µA, this thyristor provides precise control over switching operations. The 3.8A continuous current rating ensures efficient performance in a wide range of circuits. Operating at an on-state RMS current of 6A, this thyristor can handle moderate to high current loads with ease. In case of surge currents, the thyristor can withstand up to 83A of peak non-repetitive surge current at 50Hz. With 3 pins for easy installation, the TO-220AB package offers convenience and versatility for various electronic projects
