The SA604A is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system incorporating two limitingintermediate frequency amplifiers, quadrature detector, muting, logarithmic receivedsignal strength indicator, and voltage regulator. The SA604A features higher IF bandwidth(25 MHz) and temperature compensated RSSI and limiters providing wide RSSI dynamicrange, high IF/limiter gain and overall stability. The SA604A is available in an SO16(surface-mounted miniature) and HXQFN16 package.
