SCH3222-SX General Description

The SCH3222-SX is a versatile 3.3V Super I/O Controller designed to cater to various system requirements. With an LPC interface, this controller integrates a Keyboard Controller, Power Control logic, and Motherboard Glue logic, providing a comprehensive solution for system management. Its 4 full serial ports and additional 4-Pin serial ports, all NS16550 compatible UARTs, support high data rates up to 1.5 Mbps, ensuring efficient data transfer. Moreover, the SCH3222-SX offers 23 General Purpose I/O (GPIO) control functions, giving system designers the flexibility to customize system-related functionalities to meet their specific needs. Available in both commercial (0°C to +70°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, the SCH3222-SX is suitable for a wide range of applications
