SE2611T-R General Description

For applications in GPS, satellite communication, and other high-frequency communication systems, the SE2611T-R is the go-to solution for outstanding signal amplification. Operating in the frequency range of 1.5 GHz to 2.2 GHz with a gain of 20 dB and a noise figure of 0.6 dB, this LNA provides exceptional performance. Its integration-friendly CMOS technology and integrated matching networks make it simple to integrate into RF front-end systems. With a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and a current draw of just 6 mA, the SE2611T-R is an extremely power-efficient choice, especially for battery-operated devices. Its compact 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.55 mm 6-pin DFN package allows for space-efficient integration without compromising on performance. Moreover, with an output power of 43 dBm at 1 dB compression point and an input third-order intercept point (IIP3) of 0 dBm, this LNA delivers exceptional linearity performance, ensuring high-quality signal amplification
