Si4461-C2A-GM General Description

The SI4461-C2A-GM RF transceiver, featuring a frequency range of 0.142-1.05GHz, is a high-performance component in a compact HQFN-20 package. With a wide frequency coverage from 142MHz to 1.05GHz, this transceiver supports a variety of RF/IF modulations including 4FSK, 4GFSK, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, and OOK. It boasts a maximum data rate of 1Mbps, making it ideal for high-speed communication applications. Operating at a low receiving current of 13mA, this RF IC is designed in an HQFN case style with 20 pins, ensuring easy integration into circuit designs. Additionally, the SI4461-C2A-GM is RoHS compliant, guaranteeing its environmental friendliness
