The ST25DV64K-JFR6D3 is a state-of-the-art NFC RFID tag with an impressive 64 Kbit of electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM). Equipped with dual interfaces - an I2C serial link and an RF link - this device can be powered by a DC supply or operate as a contactless memory fueled by electromagnetic waves. In I2C mode, users can access up to 8192 bytes of memory, which can be segmented into 4 secure and customizable areas. Following ISO/IEC 15693 or NFC Forum Type 5 guidelines, the ST25DV64K-JFR6D3 delivers up to 2048 blocks of 4 bytes each in RF mode, allowing for flexible data storage configurations. The device also offers a rapid transfer mode between the RF and contact interfaces via a 256-byte volatile buffer. With the GPO pin, the ST25DV64K-JFR6D3 can communicate vital information to the contact world, such as RF field detection and mailbox message availability. Furthermore, an energy harvesting feature ensures operation under challenging external conditions with limited power resources
