SY100EPT21LKG General Description

The SY100EPT21LKG is an innovative differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL translator designed for applications that demand minimal space, low power, and low cost. With a single +3.3V power supply, this translator effectively converts LVPECL levels to LVTTL, requiring only +3.3V and ground connections. The compact 8-pin SOIC package and low-skew, single-gate design make the EPT21L ideal for applications where space is a premium. The VBB feature allows for a differential, single-ended, or AC-coupled interface to the device, with a recommended bypass to VCC with a 0.01μF capacitor. Under open input conditions, the /D will be biased at a VCC/2 voltage level and the D input will be pulled to ground, ensuring added stability
