TMP451AIDQFT General Description

The TMP451AIDQFT is a highly accurate and low-power remote temperature sensor monitor that is equipped with a built-in local temperature sensor. This device is capable of monitoring remote temperature sensors that are commonly found in low-cost NPN or PNP transistors, as well as substrate thermal transistors or diodes within microprocessors, microcontrollers, or FPGAs. With a 12-bit digital code representation for both the local and remote sensors, the TMP451 provides a resolution of 0.0625°C. It boasts a temperature accuracy of ±1°C in the typical operating range for both the local and remote temperature sensors, making it a reliable option for precise temperature monitoring
