TPS2022D General Description

These switches, characterized by N-channel MOSFET high-side configuration, are controlled by a logic enable that supports both 5-V and 3-V logic compatibility. Received today a parcel in nizhny novgorod. She came pretty fast. The coil has not yet been collected. So far only checked the presence of components. Details, to my surprise, i was put even more than necessary, apparently with a margin. The truth in the package there was no assembly scheme. However, the design is intuitive. I can manage without a scheme. Purchase satisfied. Seller thanks!!!
