TPS2065DGNR General Description

The TPS2065DGNR is a power-distribution switch designed for applications with heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits. It features 70-mΩ N-channel MOSFET power switches, making it suitable for power-distribution systems that require multiple power switches in a single package. The switches are controlled by a logic enable input, with gate drive provided by an internal charge pump. This design helps to minimize current surges during switching, providing a more stable and efficient power distribution. Additionally, the charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V
