With feed forward voltage mode control and autoskip operation, the TPS51020 can achieve high efficiency even at light load conditions. Additionally, the controller offers a selectable, Suspend to RAM (STR) supported, DDR option, providing a comprehensive solution for all switching applications from 5-V/3.3-V supply to complete DDR termination needs
