TPS62173DSGR General Description

The TPS62173DSGR is a versatile and efficient synchronous step-down DC-DC converter designed for high power density applications. Its high switching frequency of 2.25 MHz enables the use of small inductors, while providing fast transient response and high output voltage accuracy through the use of DCS-Control™ topology. With an input voltage range of 3V to 17V, it is suitable for a wide range of power sources, including Li-Ion batteries and 12V intermediate power rails. The device supports up to 0.5A continuous output current at output voltages ranging from 0.9V to 6V, with power sequencing capabilities for added flexibility
