TPS82675SIPR General Description

The TPS82675SIPR is a powerful and efficient DC/DC step-down power supply solution for low-power applications. With a complete package containing the switching regulator, inductor, and input/output capacitors, this device eliminates the need for additional components, simplifying the design process. The high-frequency synchronous step-down converter operates at a regulated 5.5-MHz switching frequency, optimizing performance for battery-powered portable devices. Its power-save mode ensures high efficiency even at light load currents, extending battery life by reducing quiescent current to just 17µA during light load operation. Additionally, the PFM mode and PWM spread spectrum capability provide low noise output and input, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. With high PSRR and AC load regulation performance, this device can effectively replace linear regulators, improving power conversion efficiency. Packaged in a compact (2.3mm × 2.9mm) and low profile (1.0mm) BGA package, the TPS82675SIPR is easy to assemble using standard surface mount equipment
