TSC2017IYZGR General Description

Revolutionize your handheld devices with the TSC2017IYZGR, a very low-power touch screen controller. This advanced controller can operate with a supply voltage as low as 1.6V, making it perfect for power-sensitive, single-cell battery-powered applications. The TSC2017 is equipped with a complete, ultra-low power, 12-bit, analog-to-digital resistive touch screen converter, along with drivers and control logic for touch pressure measurement. Furthermore, it offers preprocessing of touch screen measurements, reducing bus loading and allowing host processor resources to be redirected to more critical functions. The TSC2017 supports I2C serial bus and data transmission protocol in standard, fast, and high-speed modes, and it provides programmable resolution of 8 or 12 bits to accommodate different screen sizes and performance needs. With its compact 12-lead, 3 x 4 array, wafer chip-scale package, this controller is perfect for handheld applications. It is characterized for the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range, making it suitable for industrial applications
