UCC2580D-2 General Description

The programmable oscillator enables precise control of switching frequency and duty cycle, while a separate synchronized ramp provides voltage feedforward pulse width modulation. The main gate drive output, controlled by the pulse width modulator, is complemented by an auxiliary switch output for enhanced efficiency. In the event of fault conditions, the controller ensures maximum duty cycle operation with appropriate deadtimes
