UCC27524DSDT General Description

The UCC27524DSDT is part of the UCC2752x family of high-speed, low-side gate-driver devices designed to efficiently drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches. These dual-channel drivers offer high-peak current pulses of up to 5A source and 5A sink with rail-to-rail drive capability and minimal propagation delay. The matched internal propagation delays between channels make them ideal for applications requiring precise timing, such as synchronous rectifiers. Additionally, the drivers feature TTL and CMOS compatible low-voltage logic thresholds with wide hysteresis for excellent noise immunity
