US1JFA General Description

The US1JFA is a single rectifier with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 600V and a forward current (If(AV)) of 1A. It features a diode configuration of single and has a maximum forward voltage (VF) of 1.7V. With a maximum reverse recovery time (trr) of 75ns and a forward surge current (Ifsm) maximum of 30A, this rectifier operates at a maximum temperature of 150°C. Designed in a SOD-123FA diode case style with 2 pins, it does not fall within any specific product range or automotive qualification standard.
