A4011 General Description

The A4011 microwave amplifier is a discrete hybrid design,which uses thin film manufacturing processes for accurateperformance and high reliability. This single stage PHEMT feedback amplifier design displaysimpressive performance characteristics over a broadbandfrequency range. Both TO-8 and Surface Mount packages are hermeticallysealed, and MIL-STD-883 environmental screening is available.
