ADN2830ACP32 General Description

The ADN2830ACP32 product offers precise closed-loop control over the average optical power of a continuous wave (CW) laser diode. This sophisticated system adjusts the IBIAS current to maintain a consistent Back Facet Monitor Photo Diode (MPD) reading, ensuring a stable laser output. The process begins with initial factory setup, where the PSET resistor is calibrated to achieve the desired optical power. This crucial step ensures that R is set at 1.23/IAV, corresponding to the MPD current value of the target optical power
