FOD3120SDV General Description

Elevate your motor control inverter applications and high-performance power systems with the FOD3120SDV gate drive optocoupler. Capable of driving most 800V/20A IGBT/MOSFET, this 2.5A output current optocoupler is designed for fast and efficient switching of power IGBT and MOSFETs. It utilizes ON Semiconductor’s proprietary Optoplanar® coplanar packaging technology, ensuring high noise immunity and exceptional common mode rejection. The optocoupler features a gallium aluminum arsenide (AlGaAs) LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a high-speed driver for push-pull MOSFET output stage, providing the reliability and performance needed for demanding industrial and automotive applications
