FSB50325AS General Description

Equipped with a high-speed HVIC, the FSB50325AS simplifies the drive circuitry by requiring only a single supply voltage for operation. This HVIC efficiently translates logic-level gate inputs into high-voltage drive signals, effectively driving the module's internal MOSFETs. Additionally, the module features separate open-source MOSFET terminals for each phase, enabling support for a wide range of control algorithms
