HS9G-26C32RH/PROTO General Description

The Intersil HS-26C32RH and HS-26C32EH line receivers are built to withstand severe radiation environments while enabling high-speed digital data transmission over balanced lines. These radiation hardened CMOS receivers meet the requirements of EIA Standard RS-422 and boast low power consumption for reliable operation. With an input sensitivity typically of 200mV over a common mode input voltage range of ±7V, these receivers offer dependable performance. Additionally, the inclusion of input fail safe circuitry ensures that the outputs go to a logic “1” when the inputs are open. Enable and disable functions are consistent across all four receivers, providing ease of use. When ordering, it’s important to use the SMD numbers listed in the “Ordering Information” table, as specifications for Rad Hard QML devices are controlled by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime (DLA).
