HS9G-26C32RH-Q General Description

Ensure optimum performance in digital data transmission over balanced lines with the Intersil HS-26C32RH and HS-26C32EH differential line receivers, which meet the stringent requirements of EIA Standard RS-422. These radiation-hardened CMOS devices are engineered for low power consumption, high-speed, and dependable operation, even in the most adverse radiation environments. With an input sensitivity typically of 200mV over a common mode input voltage range of ±7V, the receivers are equipped with input fail safe circuitry, causing the outputs to go to a logic “1” when the inputs are open. Additionally, common Enable and Disable functions streamline the operation of all four receivers for added convenience
