IRGIB10B60KD1 General Description

The 5th generation of ultrafast 600 V, 10 A IGBT in a TO-220 Full-Pak package co-packed with a low Vf diode has been optimized for lower conduction losses. Reduced power losses together with soft switching behavior allows better thermal performance and EMI behavior resulting in lower system costs. Excellent performance can be achieved at lower costs.

Work well. I tried 3 volts, then 5 volts.-work without problems. To control the load, you need to connect through a transistor. On the board there are two pairs of conclusions for soldering jumper. Jumper a inverts the output state. Jumper b includes trigger mode (can be turned on and off by one button).
