L6384ED General Description

The L6384ED is a cutting-edge high voltage gate driver, designed with BCD™ “offline” technology, and specially crafted to drive a half-bridge of power MOSFET or IGBT devices. With the capability to handle voltage rails up to 600V, this device is at the forefront of high voltage applications. Its high-side (floating) section is engineered to work with a voltage rail of up to 600V, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial and automotive applications. The L6384ED presents a single input configuration, preventing simultaneous high-side driving, and also features a deadtime function, which can be fine-tuned by the user via an external resistor connected to the DT/SD pin. This guarantees further protection from output cross conduction
